At Dear-Born Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion or gear selection, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
